I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. 2 pounds beef sirloin steaks cut in cubes
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/4 cup water
Mushrooms- fresh
1 green bell pepper
1 onion - large
1 tomato - small


Mix all the sauces, sugars, and oils. Marinate meat in the mixed sauces. Place meat, fresh mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and onion on skewer alternating to end of skewer or place all the meat and vegetables on Broiler pan and broil or on a barbeque to save time.

Broil until meat is cooked. Turn over occasionally and baste with marinate sauce. Serve marinate sauce over rice.
