Give-Aways

I have been wanting to join for months now. This is the birthday gift I requested from my husband. I can't wait to select my software title that comes with joining and am hoping to get more organizing tips from the weekly letters.

The Great Tomatillo Search
Notes from Folks...

Dan,

I LOVE Cafe Rio's Pork Salad but live out of Care Rio territory. I am so excited to make this Cafe Rio Pork Recipe. Where did you find the tomatillos? Hopefully it will take care of our Cafe Rio Salad cravings until we move back to Utah or one is built in the Midwest.

Thanks,

Pat

Hi Pat,

Tomatillos are available mostly year-round in large chain grocery stores or in Mexican markets. You can also buy them canned, though they are not as tasty. Look in the Mexican aisle of your local store.

If that fails, ask your grocer to order some in or do an internet search for a grocer who will ship some to you.

Hope this helps,

Desi @ DVO
