Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

Quick Chicken Caesar Salad

Serves: 6

  Download this recipe.

3 cups cut up cooked chicken
1 large bunch Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces (10 cups)
1 1/2 cups caesar or garlic flavored croutons
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper
2/3 cup caesar dressing

Place chicken, romaine, croutons, cheese, and pepper in large bowl. Toss with dressing until coated.

Betty's Tip
Check out the freezer case for cooked chicken. You should be able to find seasoned and unseasoned varieties of cubed cooked chicken and grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts to make putting together this tasty salad a snap.
