Hot Water Tip


Your recipe video for Father's Day Stew said to use hot water. Never use hot tap water for cooking. It has been sitting in the tank and the pipes.

If there are any heavy metals present they will dissolve in hot water from those areas much more easily because of the heat. Always use cold tap water for cooking. Bring it up to a boil before placing in the oven to reduce the heating time in the oven.
