Meatless Meatball Pizza

Serves: 6



  Download this recipe.

1 (16-ounce) package ready-to-serve refrigerated pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
2 frozen Italian-style vegetables burgers, thawed
1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese (4 ounces)


1. Heat oven to 425°.

2. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Shape burgers into 1/2-inch balls. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with burger balls and olives. Sprinkle with cheeses.

3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown.
