Chopsticks!

Your Table Talk article on chopsticks reminded me of a recent visit our family made to a Japanese restaurant. 

I asked if they gave lessons on how to use chopsticks.  One of the ladies laughed but returned shortly with a pair of chopsticks with a rubber band wrapped around the larger end. 

The chopsticks worked like tongs; quite well.  I could actually use them.  I can not coordinate chopsticks using them the right way
