Don't Have a Pastry Bag?

Don't have a pastry bag for piping icing onto cakes? Scoop frosting into a zip-top plastic bag, and cut a tiny hole in one corner. Squeeze the bag to pipe frosting. While you won't be able to pipe in any kind of decorative scalloped ribbon, you can at least pipe frosting in a round, which can be pretty in itself.
