Do you like white meat or dark meat?

It's interesting to watch everyone reaching for the white turkey meat at Thanksgiving dinner. I'm not sure what they see in it.

To me, the dark meat is much better. It's tender, juicy, and flavorful. I just love it!

When I was a kid, we'd always go to my Aunt's house for Thanksgiving. I didn't realize it till I was older but she over-cooked her turkey every time.

The white meat was so dry that it was like chewing shoe leather. I just figured that's how turkey meat tastes! Perhaps that's why I grew up preferring the dark meat.
