Success!

Your MasterCook subscription has been successfully transferred to Cook'n!

The next step is for you to transfer your recipes to Cook'n and start enjoying all that Cook'n has to offer!

How to Transfer Your MasterCook Recipes to Cook'n:

  • 1) Upgrade Cook'n
The MasterCook Import Plugin is included free in the latest version of Cook'n. Upgrades are free for all Annual Members.

Since you’ve transferred your MasterCook membership to Cook'n, you now qualify for the latest upgrade at no cost. To update Cook’n:

    • a) Close Cook’n, then reopen it.
    • b) Wait a few moments for the app to automatically detect your Annual Membership and download the update.
    • c) Once the update is complete, go to Help → About to confirm you’re running version 16.

After you’ve updated to version 16, continue to the next step.

  • 2) Launch the MasterCook Desktop App and export your recipes in the .MZ2 format to your file system

         OR

If you have LOTS of MasterCook cookbooks, click here to download the MC PowerExporter tool which will allow you to export ALL of your MasterCook cookbooks in one fell swoop!

         OR

If you do not have the MasterCook App, simply click here to log in to your MasterCook online account and click the Download link next to each of your cookbooks (NOTE: large cookbooks may take several minutes to download)

  • 3) Launch the Cook'n Desktop App and click File → Import → MasterCook and select the files exported in step 1

  • That's it!

  • If you need help, our support team will assist every step of the way.
