1 cups kelloggs all-bran original cereal
   1/2 cup finely chopped onions
   2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
   1 teaspoon garlic salt
   1 egg white
   1 pound lean ground turkey


Combine Kellogg's All-Bran cereal, onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and egg white. Let stand until cereal softens (approximately 3-4 minutes). Gently stir in ground turkey and portion mixture into six patties.
Grill, broil, or pan fry about 4 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink (170 F°).
