Holy Guacamole

1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
2 large avocados pitted and skinned
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro


1. Mince the onion.
2. Dice the tomato.
3. Mash the avocados in a bowl. Add the onion, tomato, salsa, and cilantro and stir well.
4. Surround with tortilla chips and serve.
