Cut stems from berries so that berries stand points up. Cut an X through pointed end of each berry 1/3 way down. Sit berries on a serving dish. Beat cream cheese with sugar and liqueur until well blended. Place mixture into a pastry bag with a star tip. Pipe cream cheese mixture into center of each berry. If desired, surround fruit with attractive greenery, such as fresh mint, watercress, or well-cleaned greens from the garden.
