1. Cook grits according to package directions.
2. Combine sausage, eggs, milk, thyme, and garlic salt in medium bowl. Add a small amount of hot grits and mix well. Add mixture to rest of grits.
3. Mix well and pour into a loaf pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Next morning, remove from refrigerator and let stand 15 minutes before baking.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
