1. Combine milk, oats, and corn in a large mixing bowl and let stand for 8 minutes.
2. Mix flours, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl and set aside.
3. Add egg substitute to milk mixture and beat until blended.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just mixed.
5. Pour slightly less than 1/3 cup batter on a hot griddle that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
6. Cook until bubbles form on edges and edges start to dry.
7. Turn and cook 2-3 more minutes.
