1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Mix all ingredients except raisins together with electric mixer. Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets with edges. Bake until golden brown (45-60 minutes).
3. Turn and stir after 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and add raisins. Cool and store in plastic bag.
