Asparagus Sauté

Ingredients

4 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 (8-ounce) packages frozen asparagus spears sliced diagonally in thirds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat sauté sesame seeds and garlic in butter or margarine for 2 minutes or until golden.

Add asparagus, soy sauce and lemon juice sauté for 4 to 5 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
