1- Stir cream cheese and milk in chilled large bowl until smooth.
2- Beat in whipping cream and powdered sugar with electric mixer on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until soft peaks form. Store frosted cake or any remaining frosting covered in refrigerator.
**Generously frosts a 13 x 9-inch cake, or fills and frosts an 8- or 9-inch two-layer cake.**
Betty's Tip: It's best to frost your cake with this fluffy frosting just before you're going to serve it. If you make it too far ahead, the frosting may break down.
