Fluffy Lemon Icing

Ingredients
- 125 butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 cups Chelsea Icing sugar
Directions
Beat the butter until pale. Add the lemon juice and
vanilla essence and beat in the Chelsea Icing
Sugar until the icing is light and fluffy.
