Mixed Berry Breakfast Smoothie

This healthy and quick smoothie is refreshing and satisfying. Loaded with fiber and vitamins, this crowd-pleasing drink will lure even the sleepiest to the breakfast table.


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
8 sucarlose packets (or 1 teaspoon stevia, if preferred)
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
2/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients, except ice, into your Frigidaire Professional Blender and blend on high speed. Add ice if you prefer a thicker drink. If desired, add more vanilla to bring out the sweetness or increase the orange juice concentrate to give your smoothie a little extra zip.
