When I read the description of the recipe program, I thought it was too good to be true (the price, the ability of the software, etc.). I even called your company by telephone to ask if I understood the promotional information correctly.

A quick and delicious way to use up the leftover mashed potatoes from last nights meal.
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with milk or butter)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
In a saucepan, sauté the onion in butter until tender. Add milk, potatoes, salts and pepper. Heat through. Garnish with chives.
