Lemon Dip For Fruit

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant tea powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel grated
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Assortment of fresh fruits, cut up


In a small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, tea powder, lemon rind and juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Thin with milk to desired consistency for dipping fruits. Place dip in a small bowl and surround with fresh fruits. Serve at room temperature with wooden picks.
