Using a fork, start at one end of the fruit and move the fork down to the other end, slightly piercing the skin. Repeat this process around the entire fruit. Remove the ends and cut the fruit into 1/4-inch-thick slices. To hang the wheel over the rim of a glass, make a slit by cutting through the peel and halfway into the flesh. Fit the slit over the rim of the glass.
