Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 cup diced strawberries
1/2 cup diced peaches
1/2 cup diced banana
1/2 cup strawberry lowfat frozen yogurt
Ginkgo biloba, according to specifi-brand label recommendation
Ginseng, according to specifi-brand label recommendation
1 tablespoon vitamin C, or according to specifi-brand label recommendation

Directions:

Place the orange juice, honey, strawberries, peach, banana, yogurt, ginkgo, ginseng, and vitamin C in a blender and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish the rim with a Strawberry Fan (see Glorious Garnish), if desired.
