This is the best Tropical Chicken Salad recipe on the web!!___ cup mayonnaise _ teaspoons mustard prepared _ teaspoons ginger ground _ teaspoons sugar _ teaspoon lemon juice ___ teaspoon salt _ cups chicken diced cooked _ 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments drained _ 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained _ cup celery thinly sliced _ cup chow mein noodles _ lettuce cups (optional) In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, ginger, sugar, lemon juice and salt until smooth; set aside. In a medium bowl, mix chicken, oranges, pineapple and celery. Add dressing and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours. Just before serving, stir in noodles.
