_ 1-pound can cream style corn golden
_ cup milk
_ egg well beaten
_ cup crackers crumbs
___ cup onions finely chopped
_ tablespoons pimiento chopped
_ tablespoons green bell peppers chopped (optional)
___ teaspoon salt
___ cup round buttery crackers crumbled
Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add next five ingredients and a dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch round casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. (If made ahead, it will take longer to bake.)
