This is the best Jiffy Applesauce recipe on the web!! _ apples eating (Red or Golden Delicious) _ tablespoon lemon juice _ tablespoons water _ tablespoons powdered sugar ___ teaspoon cinnamon ground Quarter, core and peel apples. Cut into 1/2 -inch chunks. In a small bowl, toss apples with lemon juice; set aside. In a blender container, place water, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Add about half of the apples; cover. Blend on low speed until apples are coarsely chopped. Add remaining apples and juice; cover. Blend on low speed, increasing speed to high, until mixture is smooth. Taste for additional sweetness.
