1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
3 egg whites

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, and milk; cook until thickened; remove from heat and cool. In a bowl, beat egg yolks, sugar, orange zest, and zest. Add to first mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into soufflé dish or casserole. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Make Special Orange Sauce per directions.
