Chocolate Soufflé |

1 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sugar
Whipped cream

Put chocolate, sugar, hot water, butter, flour, and salt into a small pan and heat. Cook over low heat, stirring. Add milk; stir until smooth and thick. Beat egg yolks. Add a little hot sauce; then add rest of sauce. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes in a buttered soufflé dish sprinkled with sugar. Serve with whipped cream
