Brandy Marinade

1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, place meats in glass dish. Pour marinade over meat and cover. Place in refrigerator for several hours. Save marinade for basting.

*You need to adjust the carbohydrate count down according to how much marinade you discard.
