1. In 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour and pepper. Add chicken broth, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in whipping cream.
2. Measure KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix into shallow 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Pour half the sauce over stuffing mix. Arrange broccoli over stuffing mix and sauce. Top with a layer of chicken slices. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
