1. In small bowl stir together hummus and lime juice. Set aside.
2. Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS GARDEN VEGGIE PATTIES according to package directions. Cut in half.
3. Place patties in pita halves. Top patties with hummus mixture. Spoon lettuce, mint and tomatoes on top. Serve immediately.
*NOTE: Tahini hummus may be purchased alongside other flavors of hummus in the refrigerated section of your grocery store. If you can't find tahini hummus, remove crusts from 3 slices of bread. Tear bread into 2-inch pieces. In food processor bowl combine bread, 1 tablespoon tahini (a thick paste made of ground sesame seeds), 2 tablespoons bottled minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 4 teaspoons olive oil. Cover and process until coarse paste forms. Continue as directed above in step 1.
