1. Crush crackers in very fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with dill and paprika set aside.
2. Roll shrimp in crumb mixture, then in milk again in the crumbs. Place in shallow pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake in 375°F oven for 15 minutes, or until golden and tender. Do not overcook. Serve with lemon wedges.
