MANGO CHUTNEY: Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until slightly chopped. Do not puree. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
KABOBS: Cut Big Franks into bite-size pieces. On each skewer, thread Big Frank piece, pineapple and peppers. Sprinkle soy sauce evenly over Kabobs. Grill or broil until lightly browned and heated through. Serve over cooked rice with Mango Chutney.
