Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In large saucepan stir in chili, cut-up tomatoes, green chilies, seasoned salt, bell pepper and green onions. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat and add cooked and drained macaroni and Cheddar cheese. Mix well together.
Grease a 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour in mixture, top with slightly crushed corn chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
