Macaroni & Chili Casserole

8 ounces small elbow macaroni
1 (15.5-ounce) can chili (no beans)
1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cut up tomato
2 ounces green chilies (chopped & drained)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped)
3 green onions (sliced thin)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup corn chip (slightly crushed)


Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In large saucepan stir in chili, cut-up tomatoes, green chilies, seasoned salt, bell pepper and green onions. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat and add cooked and drained macaroni and Cheddar cheese. Mix well together.

Grease a 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour in mixture, top with slightly crushed corn chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
