Chili & Cracker Casserole

6 eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
3/4 cup cracker (crushed)
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili
1 cup Jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)


In large bowl beat eggs; add cottage cheese, crushed crackers, green chilies and Jack cheese. Mix together well.

Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and return to oven and bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
