Roasted Onions

Ingredients

4 sweet onions , peeled
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Slice each onion into 8 wedges arrange flat-side down on a jelly roll pan. Lightly brush olive oil on each wedge sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn onions over bake an additional 25 minutes. Drizzle with vinegar before serving.
