2 cups cottage cheese
2/3 cup feta cheese , crumbled
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, , thawed and drained
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter , melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dried minced onion

Combine ingredients in order listed mix well. Spread into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until center is set, about 45 minutes.
