2 (16-ounce) cans black beans , drained
1 green pepper , diced
1 onion , diced
1 bunch arugola , torn
1 (6-ounce) can black olives , chopped
1 tomato , chopped
1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients together cover and refrigerate until chilled. Toss gently before serving.
