I recently purchased your Cook'n Recipe Software and love it! I have tried several other cookbook programs but found them unsatisfactory.

My main goal was to put my own recipes into a system that was easy and quick. I have put in about 20 so far, and I love it. It is so easy to use.

I have tried several of your recipes and they all have been wonderful!

Thank you!!

This is a tasty way to prepare this healthy green. If your child won't eat it, eat it yourself and make a fuss about how good it is. Both Swiss chard and kale are rich in calcium and vitamins A and C.

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet (preferably nonstick) and add the garlic, onion, and celery. Sauté, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
2. Add the water and the Swiss chard. Season the mixture with pepper, stirring the ingredients to combine them well. Cover the pan and simmer the mixture, stirring it occasionally, over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the chard is wilted and tender. Sprinkle vinegar over the mixture.
