1. Place potatoes in microwave and cook on HIGH setting for 6 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
2. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and set aside.
3. When potatoes are done, split in half lengthwise, fluff potatoes with a fork, and spoon equal amounts (about 2 tsp each) of the marmalade mixture on top of each potato half.
