Strawberry Whip

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package sugar-free gelatin
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries

Directions:

1. Prepare gelatin according to instructions on package.

2. Beat hardened gelatin with rotary beater until frothy. Add yogurt and beat gently until mixed.

3. Stir strawberries into gelatin-yogurt mixture.

4. Freeze 10 minutes, then serve.
