1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 3/4 teaspoons Equal measure or 6 packets EQUAL sweetener or 1/4 cup EQUAL Spoonful
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth and well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Variation: Substitute 1 Tbsp poppy seed for celery seed.
