1. Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pecans and cook 4 minutes or until just beginning to turn golden and fragrant, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet and set aside on separate plate.
2. Cut apples in half, core, and cut in 1/2-inch wedges. Return skillet to heat. Add apples and water and cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until just tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
3. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle cinnamon over apples. Drizzle 1 Tbsp caramel topping over apples and stir gently. Top with granola, cover, and let stand 1 minute to absorb flavors.
4. Place remaining caramel topping in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on HIGH setting for 15 seconds. Drizzle over granola and top with nuts to serve.
