1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Place bread slices on nonstick baking sheet and lightly coat bread with cooking spray. Bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden around edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
3. Meanwhile, toss peppers with olives, basil, and oil and set aside.
4. Rub garlic over each slice of cooled bread and top with 1 Tbsp of the pepper mixture.
