Pork Chops Milanese

Ingredients

1 cup Homemade Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup flour
2 egg substitute equivalents, slightly beaten
4 pork chops (3 to 4-oz each)
3 tablespoons low-calorie margarine
1 large lemon, cut into wedges

Directions:

1. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl. Dip the pork chops in flour, then eggs, and dredge in bread crumb mixture.

2. Melt margarine in a large skillet. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove cover, and cook 5 to 10 minutes more until pork is completely cooked.

3. Squeeze 2 or 3 lemon wedges over chops. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with remaining lemon wedges, and serve.
