Pineapple Gingerbread Squares

Ingredients

0.906 (14 1/2-ounce) box gingerbread mix (cake and cookie mix)
2 (8-ounce) cans crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 (4-ounce) jars baby food pureed carrots
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 large egg

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350°F.

2. Add all ingredients to a 9-inch by 13-inch nonstick baking pan and stir until well blended. Bake 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

3. Place on cooling rack and allow to cool completely before cutting.
