Ingredients

3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons apricot or orange all-fruit spread
1 1/2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
24 baby carrots or 2-inch celery sticks or 1/2 inch thick apple slices

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except carrots, celery, or apples. Stir until completely blended.
