Marinated Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean beef sirloin steaks, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1/2 pound mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup burgundy wine

Directions:

1. Place cubed meat and prepared vegetables together in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing and wine blend well. Pour the marinade over the meat and vegetables. Cover, refrigerate, and let marinate for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.

2. Alternate the meat and vegetables on 6 skewers. Grill kabobs over medium heat, turning often, for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Arrange on a platter and serve.
