1. Coat a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray place over medium heat until hot. Sauté the onion, celery, and garlic until tender.
2. Add reserved clam juice, tomatoes, basil, oregano, and hot pepper sauce to saucepan. Bring to a boil reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
3. Stir in clams and parsley let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through. Place linguine on a platter, spoon sauce over the pasta, and serve.
