   2 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained (1/4 cup juice reserved)
   1 clove garlic
   1 tablespoon sesame tahini
   2 tablespoons olive oil
   1 whole roasted red bell pepper, seeded (availabe in jars)
   1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
